Monifa Sealy is a national golfer, former LPGA Symetra Tour player, and one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most accomplished female athletes. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned a BSc in Criminal Justice while competing on the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Team, Monifa’s career has been defined by discipline, excellence, and an enduring commitment to growth.

Representing Trinidad and Tobago from the age of 13, she has competed at the World Amateur Team Championships, Pan American Games, and Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships, earning recognition as a three-time Female Golfer of the Year and multiple-time First Citizens Top-10 Athlete of the Year honoree. Her achievements include over 30 amateur titles, 3 professional wins, and consistent top finishes across collegiate, regional, and international stages.

Monifa’s passion now extends beyond competition to development. As the founder of this modern sports and golf development initiative, she is dedicated to creating structured, inclusive pathways for athletes throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean. Her vision is to bridge the gap between emerging talent and professional opportunity—empowering juniors and adults alike to build confidence, skill, and character both on and off the course.
